【Offshore Companies】EUROPE: Three jurisdictions likely to be removed from blacklist next week

Next week (5 October), the EU’s Economic and Financial Affairs Council will decide whether to approve the European Commission's latest revisions to the blacklist of third countries regarded as non-cooperative for tax purposes. It is reported that Anguilla, Dominica, Seychelles and Turkey are to be removed from the list. American Samoa, Fiji, Guam, Palau, Panama, Samoa, Trinidad and Tobago, the US Virgin Islands and Vanuatu are likely to remain listed....
