【China Tax】CHINA: OECD’s multilateral BEPS Convention accepted

China has formally approved the OECD's Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS Convention) to implement tax treaty-related measures against BEPS, with effect from 1 September 2022. China's instrument of approval also covers Hong Kong's bilateral tax treaties.
