President Donald Trump's temporary suspension of immigration to the US does not affect green card seekers applying under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, it has emerged. Also unaffected are foreigners already in the US who are applying for adjustment of status, or anyone already with a valid immigrant visa, or spouses or minor children of US citizens.
